How to maintain a winch
The hoists we produce include electric winch and hydraulic winch, but in general the maintenance methods of different hoists are similar. The following are some maintenance methods of hoists.
1. The use environment should always be kept dry, the surface of the motor should be kept clean, and the air inlet should not be blocked by dust, fibers, etc.
2. When the thermal protection of the motor continues to run, it should be ascertained whether the fault is caused by the motor or the overload, or the set value of the protection device is too low. It can be put into operation before the fault is eliminated.
3. Make sure that the motor is well lubricated during operation. Ordinary motors run for about 5000 hours, which means that grease should be replenished or replaced. If the bearing is found to be overheated or the lubrication is poor during operation, the hydraulic pressure should be replaced in a timely manner. When replacing the grease, remove the old grease, clean the oil grooves of the bearing and bearing cover with gasoline, and then fill the 1/2 cavity between the bearings with ZL-3 lithium-based grease. Inner and outer rings of bearings (2 poles) and 2/3 (4, 6 and 8 poles).
4. After the bearing life is over, the vibration and noise of the motor will greatly increase. When the radial clearance of the bearing reaches the following value, the bearing should be replaced.
5. When disassembling the motor, the rotor can be taken out from the shaft extended or non-extended end. If you do not need to remove the fan, it is easier to remove the rotor from the non-axial extension. When pulling the rotor out of the stator, avoid damage to the stator windings or insulation.
6. When replacing the winding, the form, size and number of turns of the original winding, wire gauge, etc. must be recorded. When these data are lost, they should be obtained from the manufacturer and the original design windings can be changed at will, which usually gives the motor one or more properties. Deteriorated or even unusable.
